abundance of chicken!

with the pandemic in 2020 and real food shortages a concern we decided to produce an abundance of chicken because chicken is something we can produce quickly. For instance to increase production of grass fed beef we have to plan 4- 5 years in advance. With chicken we only need weeks to plan, in fact we increased chicken production something like 1000% this year. While we did manage to sell most of our chicken live to our butcher we still have a lot of pastured chicken in inventory. With this abundance of inventory we decided to give our online store a boost and focus on streamlining the process.
